Proposal Upload

Publish HTML proposals without touching GitHub

Upload a finished proposal ZIP and the uploader will publish it to the live proposal site. Standard macOS ZIPs are supported, including the usual wrapped folder structure.

Suggested slug: generated from the proposal title

ZIP upload

Upload the finished HTML proposal site as a ZIP. Wrapped folders, `__MACOSX`, and `.DS_Store` are handled automatically.

Allow overwrite If the proposal URL already exists, replace it instead of returning a conflict.

The proposal will be published to `https://2026.encapproposal.co.uk/{month}/{slug}/` and the live link will appear below when the upload finishes.
